1. Go to the Case By Case Kickstarter page, hover over the box on the right at the top that says “Pledge $1 or more” and select it.
2. After you select the $1 Pledge, a field will come up asking you to enter in your pledge amount. Don’t enter $1. Instead, enter in one of the following amounts from the first column in the chart below to get the deal indicated in that row.
