EVENT OVERVIEW:
With face-to-face events on hold for the foreseeable future, what’s your company’s strategy for maintaining relationships with the press and securing media coverage of your products for the critical back-to-school and holiday shopping seasons?
Virtual conferences and webinars cannot replace the high-touch, one-to-one interactions with the press brands rely on to showcase their products to the media.
We took a different approach. We designed a virtual event to replicate the more personal one-to-one interactions you get a live event.
Every Techfluence exhibitor receives their own customizable “Engagement Portal,” which serves as their virtual booth. Through their Engagement Portal, companies can show product videos, video chat with attendees, share press materials, conduct surveys, collect contact info, and much more.
When attendees log into the event, they are greeted by a page listing all our exhibitors’ logos. To access a companies Engagement Portal, they simply click on a logo. When they’re done visiting that company, they exit back to the main page and click on a different logo to visit another exhibitor.
Techfluence is the only virtual event that gives the press the freedom to “roam the floor” in a manner that simulates a live event. After the event, every exhibitor will receive detailed analytics of the actions attendees took at their portal.

As the list of key benefits below demonstrates, we haven’t just designed a temporary solution until the current crisis passes, we’ve built the next evolution in media events.

KEY BENEFITS:
Enhanced Engagement: Not only does our platform allow companies to replicate the interactions of a live event, but it also allows them to accomplish key event-related objectives more effectively than a live event.
Amplified Analytics: Scanned badges and business cards are typically how companies measure the ROI of a live media event. By automating the collection of attendee contact info and offering you detailed information about the actions attendees take at your portal, our platform actually provides better ROI than a live event.
No Geographical Limits: A virtual event means no one has to travel to attend, of course. We already have confirmations from press representing 14 states and three countries and we’re just getting started.
Reduced Costs: No travel. No hotels. No shipping. The list goes on, but you get the idea.
Reduced Hassle: No setup. No teardown. No physical booth and all that goes along with it.
Senior Executive Participation: Because being at a live event means time away from the office, senior executives often don’t participate, but a virtual event removes this hurdle, making it easier for senior executives to attend and interact with the press.
Influencer Appointments: Because of the relationships we’ve built with top tech YouTubers via our influencer marketing programs, we will be scheduling appointments between exhibitors and content creators seeking to live stream and/or record interviews at the event. Additional fees may be required for some YouTubers.

Replicating a Live Event
When an attendee logs in, they are greeted by the main page (show floor) shown on the left below. To access your virtual booth shown on the right below, they simply have to click on your logo on the main page. When they’re done visiting with you, they click to exit your booth and return to the main page where they can click on a different logo to visit another exhibitor. This unique design allows attendees to “roam the floor” visiting the exhibitors that interest them in much the same way they would at a live event.
